Eating Disorder Resources.

  • National Eating Disorders Association

NEDA is the Big Man in Eating Disorder help. Learn signs and symptoms of eating disorders, find help, and even get a road map for what to expect from treatment. We recommend you use the support hotline (you can even opt for online chat if you’re a millennial like us!).

  • Better Help

Therapy that’s 100% online! All of Better Help’s therapists have are licensed, trained, experienced, and accredited. You can even search their network of practitioners for those trained in eating disorder treatment. We’ve personally used Better Help to find one-on-one therapists and we’ve been thrilled with the relationship.

  • Eating Disorder Support Groups

  • Online Eating Disorder Support Groups

We are BIG fans of in-person community, but sometimes that just isn’t possible. Healthline organized this list of 100% online eating disorder support groups. We particularly appreciate that Healthline disclosed their criteria for choosing the Top 8 groups.
